- Booking Confirmation:
- All taxi bookings must be confirmed via call, message, or email. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount. No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the pick-up will be charged in full.
- Waiting Time:
- A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed at the pick-up location. After the grace period, a waiting charge of ₹100 per 15 minutes will be applied.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment can be made in cash or via digital payments (UPI, credit/debit cards). Full payment must be completed upon reaching the destination.
- Extra Charges:
- Additional charges may apply for night travel (10 PM to 6 AM), extra luggage, and tolls or parking fees, which will be payable by the customer.
- Behavior and Conduct:
- The driver has the right to refuse service if the customer is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or behaving inappropriately.
- Safety Measures:
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times. The company is not liable for any fines or penalties due to non-compliance with safety regulations.
- Liability:
- Samra Taxi Service is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by road conditions, traffic, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Consent
- By using Samra Taxi Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this privacy policy.
- Luggage and Personal Items
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.
- Route Alterations
- Any changes to the pre-booked route or additional stops must be communicated in advance and may incur extra charges based on the distance and time required.
